Female driver of Pro-Transport 1 Van, license plate 62814T3, Flipped Off a driver properly merging left with their blinker on Madison Ave in Citrius Heights on 12.9.23 around 3:30 PM Pacific. Pro-Transport 1 driver did not heed other van's merge which was clearly in front of her. Is this how Pro-Transport 1 train their drivers/employees?
My daughter was severely injured in an auto accident and spent 75 days in 2 hospitals, where during this period she was transported by 3 different ambulance companys. ProTransport 1 is not recommended as they make outrageous charges and threaten turning over the billings to a collection agency, even while a healthcare company is still negotiating with them for payment. Received a bill from Pro-Transport for my father, and I returned it with Insurance info (Medicare) as requested. Received a 2nd notice to pay, and I again returned with Medicare details. Received a 3rd notice to pay along with "Final Notice". I called to inquire what the problem was, and they explained Medicare would not cover as the matter was not an "emergency".
