My experience with Pro-Tech was excellent. They were actually the only roofing company that went inside my attic to assess where exactly was the leak. The other two companies just estimated where it was. Pro-Tech prices are very competitive, and their customer service was great. On the day of the job, they arrived on time, and finished the work that same day. They provided pictures of all the work performed. I am very happy with their work and I highly recommend this company.
It’s refreshing to do business with a company that follows thru on their verbal commitment. Work outcome was exactly as discussed with company representatives. Will definitely hire pro tech roofing again.
They were on-time, honest and fair. Once the work was started they realized the damage was not as bad as they thought. They could have just done the work and said nothing and charged what was originally quoted and I would have never known. But they did not, the job was stopped and I was requoted only for the work which was actually needed. I Would recomend this contractor to anyone needing roof work .
They were great. I would definitely use them again and would strongly encourage anyone in the area to use them.
