Best experience ever! Very professional from the person who answers the phone to the workers that came and the owner, Lazaro Villalonga, who was always on top of things and kept us informed about the progress of the work. We contacted Pro-Tech Roofing for an urgent repair on our tile roof. I had scheduled an appointment for a later date but the dispatcher called us to let us know that they would be able to come by sooner.
