Unfortunately this company is no longer trustworthy. I have used Pro-Tech in the past, and they were always great to work with. Because of my past experience (and all of the great reviews here), I hired them to replace my heat pump unit when it was finally necessary to do so. We're so sorry that we forgot to inform you that the nest thermostat could not be used with your new system. This was completely our mistake, which is why we provided and installed a brand new wifi smart thermostat in its place. You agreed that the wifi thermostat we installed for you worked great. Days later, after the thermostat was installed you changed your mind, so we agreed to install a different thermostat of your choice free of charge, and attempted to schedule the work multiple times. I could not be more pleased with the services that Chris and Pro Tech provided. I needed to get a fan blade for my unit replaced after a tree removal company let wood chips fall into my HVAC unit during a tree removal.
