During a cold snap at the end of 21', our HVAC system went down completely. We had worked with Chris in the summer, where he tracked down a motor for our compressor when supply chain issues were peaking. We called Chris again to replace the HVAC unit, which was completed within a week! We were once again pleased with the professionalism Chris and his team displayed in dealing with frigid temps outside, while getting the new unit installed. Thanks Chris- well done! Evan and Demetra

We recently purchased a house in Annapolis and during the home inspection learn that the HVAC and hot water heater were 17 years old. We decided to get these items replaced before moving in. I went online and found a couple of larger HVAC companies to get quotes from. My daughter recommended her HVAC company, Pro-Tech Home. Their price was good and like Chris's recommendations. In need of new A/C I pursued getting estimates from 4 vendors! I decided to go with Pro Tech becuase of fair and competitive pricing and the technology they offered. When it came time for installation everyhting was handled professionally and friendly. As we adapted to the new heat pump system, ProTech has been very accommodating to help answer questions and advise the optimum way to utilize the new system. Its been a pleasurable experience.
I've been very happy with ProTech over the past year. They have worked on both my air conditioner and gas heating system and have been quick to come out to address the issues. Very timely and great at explaining exactly what is going on with the systems and how to fix the problems. Very glad I found them!

Thank God we found this company some time ago. When our old unit finally stopped working we knew exactly who to call: Chris at ProTech. We would not have survived this summer's horrible heat wave (without his quick response. He came the next day wearing a medical mask (without us asking him to). He did a load calculation taking into account recent weather proofing that we had done and determined that we no longer needed as big a unit as had failed.
