Called for someone to come look at our large commercial system. After 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything so I called again and was told there wasn't anyone in the office for the Holidays but someone should be able to get back to me in another week. A little blase for my taste when it comes to something as important as fire alarms.
We had an installation today at our clinic and the employee who installed was absolutely superb, A-1 Customer Service driven and very efficient with directions on how to use. I would definitely recommend this company for services.
I just wanted to drop you a line and say your guys (Steve and Anthony, I believe) who installed my Ethernet switch yesterday were top notch. Professional, helpful, and did a great job. I’ll recommend you and your team to anyone and will call again for any future upgrades. Thanks again!
