I was very happy that the technician came out pretty quick. The job was a great professional job and I was very impressed with how he fixed and made the set up much better and easier for emergencies. I don't know what is reasonable for prices, but the work done, to me, seemed very reasonable. I would recommend this company to friends, family, and strangers.

They’re the best in Naples! Our house was without hot water on the coldest Day of the year and it was New Year’s Eve. ProTech went above and beyond to help us with a new hot water heater and install same day. This is a family owned local company that cares about its customers. The techs, Kyle and Jamie were both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working. 10/10 experience, I will be recommending to family and friends.

Owen installed a tankless, electric hot water heater. He called ahead and showed up early for the appointment window, which worked out well for us. Owen is highly professional and experienced, and was receptive to questions I had about the install and the operation of the water heater. Luis has been to our home a couple of times for different plumbing issues. He replaced a toilet today. In all of his visits, he has been extremely professional and friendly. He communicated with us ahead of time to make sure that we knew his arrival time, was thorough and efficient in the job and left the job site clean.

The work was done by Jeff Kopec professionally and reasonably quickly. He explained to me what he was going to do and let me know he had to go to a hardware store to get a part. He was just terrific. When he was finished he went over everything he did. He checked all the plumbing in the house before he finished. I thought the price was a little high, but I was happy to pay it because of the quick response. (We had no water in the house) Jeff was very knowlegible and a very good communicator.
