Jamie - our installer - was amazing. Showing us all the steps that would be taken in the job. Then - walking us through the options for payment. His kind demeanor was a great asset when helping an 80 year old - new client/ understand the need for a new hot water tank. He also fixed a mixing valve - assessing the job and putting us all at ease about the fix. Amazing. The company is lucky to have him! I would recommend this company !!

After a series of getting quotes from various companies for a hot water heater replacement as well as whole home filtration system, we decided on using Mark. He was the most thorough and detailed which we learned a lot from him during our visit. We are very happy with his work! He also leave the place clean after he is done. Thanks.

The Technician, Tristan, arrived earlier than I was told he would. That was nice. He was very personable. He did a thorough inspection of my HVAC system. He flushed out a drain pipe and cleaned the area. Tristan checked in with me multiple times throughout the service. Each time he updated and explained what he was doing. I had an emergency. The main sewage line was blocked. Sewage was backing up through my shower floor drain. I’m a seasonal resident (Snow Bird) that’s only owned this house for two years. I Didn’t know who to call. It was four in the afternoon on a Friday. I looked you guys up on line and read your reviews and took a long shot. We had major pipe work done in our condominium. Protech did an excellent job in a timely way. They cleaned up and were very meticulous in their work. We also installed a new toilet fixture and all went very well. I highly recommend this company. Office staff were very nice too!
