I was very happy that the technician came out pretty quick. The job was a great professional job and I was very impressed with how he fixed and made the set up much better and easier for emergencies. I don't know what is reasonable for prices, but the work done, to me, seemed very reasonable. I would recommend this company to friends, family, and strangers.

We have a vacation home in Naples. Our water heater needed to be replaced and we have a very narrow time to have the work done. I got estimates from three companies, including Pro-Tech. Pro-Tech was not the lowest estimate but Jordan gave us the most thorough estimate and provided the most complete explanation of the work. We needed an old water heater replaced, pro-tech came out the same day for estimates and completed the work the following day. When they completed the work the house was as clean as when they arrived, the work was done in under 4 hours. Did I mention they gave the best price among other quotes? Definitely recommend their service.

I had an emergency. The main sewage line was blocked. Sewage was backing up through my shower floor drain. I’m a seasonal resident (Snow Bird) that’s only owned this house for two years.
