Talk about thorough! Phil (the inspector) was friendly and willing to answer my dumb questions as he checked out every molecule of the house and warned us about some hidden problems that needed correcting before we accepted the property. Furthermore ProTec kept us totally informed every step of the way. I heartily recommend these guys!

They just did a home inspection in my home. He stated that the sump pump was not working. Well!.,. The sump pump had been silenced therefore no noise at all. If the sump pump had been broken I would have had a lot of standing water in my basement both from overflowing and also from outside bottom of the stairs drainer. The other was that there was a leak at the bottom bathroom. No leak whatsoever.the other was a leak at the bottom of a toilet in anoth bath. No such leak has been found.
