Richard and Frank were great at taking the time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, and generally making sure we understood everything about the house. They were very friendly, very professional, and, most importantly, very patient as I asked lots of questions. I can’t recommend them enough!
Rob, Michelle and their team are top notch, focused on providing the best inspection delivered with the best service. I have learned a lot since meeting them several years ago and know that they are the at the forefront of the industry when it comes to home inspections and the latest technology.
These guys have the best customer service period. They go above and beyond for their clients, I would recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free experience.

Brad and his team did a wonderfully thorough job with our home inspection today! They spent nearly 3 hours going over every detail of the house. Went with Protec as they were the only company open that I contacted late Saturday afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment online and received a quote and a call back the following day on Sunday scheduling my appointment for Tuesday morning...very convenient.
