Do not do business with them. I purchased a groupon for my husband to get an oil change. Him not knowing how groupon works went up there and paid cash. On top of the oil change he also paid cash to get the motor flushed. When he came home and I realized what he did I told him to go back and ask them to redeem the groupon which was the same price he paid and ask for the money back. Took 2 months and numerous pointless trips to the shop to get a bumper fixed. Also, the guys are taking cars to a different shop without letting customers know about to maximize their profits. I would think twice about going there unless you get their oil change deal on groupon!
You are right the worst customer service. They charge me too much for parts and didn't work. When I asked to change with warranty, they disrespect me and refused to give me the warranty. The worst shop don't go there.
I would give zero stars if I could . I went for state inspection and felt tricked into buying wipers even though mine were good shape or else they would not pass my car. My car is just 3 years old and the way they treated me was ridiculous. I left without receiving the inspection or the wipers . Went to another state inspection store and was out in 10 mins without any hassle or need to buy wipers! My advice is stop harassing people into buying your products !
This shop was recommended to me by a friend who lives nearby. If I could give 10 stars I would! My AC has been out & I've been shop to shop trying to get an honest estimate---as a female this is very daunting. These guys fixed me up (replaced my AC compressor) for a QUARTER of what others wanted to charge (aka steal from) me. Also as a bonus they are quick & friendly! I live in Plano but I will be back for my rack & pinion repair & any other future major repairs. THANK YOU Valentine, & Moe
They were great!! They got everything I needed done and more and took care of me!! Recommend if you have any car problems to come here they were awesome!
Great service! The guys that worked on my car were very nice and did a great job. I'd recommend this shop to friends and family. Loved them!
