Really bad customer service
Beware of this place. This is one of those places you see on 60 minutes. They charged me $109.00 for a belt that I found at the parts store for $24.95, added gear oil to the differential, so they say, and called it differential service, added power steering fluid, and did an oil change, no filter and then said that I should change the oil again in 1000 miles. The total cost for all this---$427.57
Moe and his team have never done me wrong. They have the best prices in Dallas for their level of service
Top notch experience. Serviced my lexus es 350 and they were prompt, efficient and couteous.
Bought a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. I took my car in and they immediately told me that I had severe suspension problems. Told me my car was unsafe to drive and they would not rotate the tires. I asked them to at least check the air because one was low. They did not. I know car engines, but not suspension so I was freaked out thinking I could possibly wreck driving it. I asked them to at least give me the oil change. Did my oil change ! Did not put cap back on properly so after 50 miles in the middle of the highway! 100 plus miles away from home , all my oil leaked out and of course brought a lot of damage to the car and they did nothing about it. Told me to use my warranty for some shit that they messed up ! Completely unacceptable !!! My lawyer will be in contact with them! Do not go here! And the African that fucked up my car (2016) is still employed

Shady business went in for $30 Groupon oil change was convinced to spend $150 on brakes I leave car has shake it never had they say well it's your rotors and want to charge me full price...needless to say I'll get work done else where my car was fine till they touched I spend $120 over what I expected and leave with a problem that didn't exist
