Great Service, very knowledgeable. Pete REALLY knows cars (classic and new) and tells the customer if a repair is needed and why. Most repair places focus just on the cost and don't bother to share much information. Our Lexus IS350 (brakes), Silverado 1500 (brakes, oil changes, trailer brake controller) and Toyota Rav4 (Water pump, exhaust) all love Pro Speed. The 69 Corvette (resto) is also a fan. Thanks Pete!
The folks at Pro-speed are the best! Pete took care of me and answered all of the questions ... the team provided super service and installed my Borla axle back on my 2017 Mustang. The technician that I talked to was knowledgeable and advised me on my next modification (bigger intercooler). I mean anyone who is re-building a 1968 Dodge Charger in their bays just can't be bad :) I highly recommend these guys ... their prices were fair and service was great ... Outstanding service! I delivered my newly purchased 67 Chevelle to Pro-Speed for minor repairs, an oil change, and a basic all round "once over". Pro-Speed was able to find a few issues that required attention. Pete took me back to the shop to show me everything that was discovered. It was very helpful to see the issues first hand. He provided me detailed explanations of the problems, his recommendations, and my options. Excellent communication throughout the process. I cannot tell you how wonderful the customer service was here. A handsome gentleman took the time to explain every service issue with my Chevy truck, go through every procedure and option/cost with me and then offered me French vanilla creamer. Excellent service and excellent customer care. Never been treated so well at a auto repair shop. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
I will never need another body shop. If you want high end, quality work done at an affordable price, Pro-Speed is it. The attention to detail and more importantly care for your car is what really impressed me. They made sure all of my parts were touched up before install (shipping damage) and Pete worked with me for close to a month as I had to reschedule due to bad parts. At the end of the day the car came out perfect for less than I was quoted. 5/5
