I cannot get an order status from an order I placed on April 8th... no response
Put a order in two weeks ago and no word on if or when it will ship ? They took payment right away and their website says open and shipping but no one answers phone or emails .
Horrible customer service no one to contact and when emailing no response. Despite the high demand on items because of the COVID-19 the response should be forwarded somehow to a working number in order to either cancel or manage an order. Useless.
