Total scam artists. Like everyone else is saying...they run your card then give you the total runaround. I just had their distributorship pulled on an air tool line as the manufacturer was not aware of what Pro Source is doing and the item I ordered, which was supposed to be shipped direct, never was. As a matter of fact, Pro Source hasn't even ordered from the manufacturer since November of 2020. If a guy named AVI answered the phone......RUN !
Company is a scam!!! They will let you order products and then never fulfill the order, but charge you. They don’t answer their phone or respond to emails. Filing a claim with the bank to get your money returned is the only option I was left with. AVOID!!
Just like everyone else in here, I too got scammed. Ordered online and got nothing. If you order from them you will not get your product.
They take your order, charge you and never send the product.
Placed an order in March and paid for it; still haven’t received it after 3 months and they won’t answer the phone or emails.

I placed an order and they haven’t shipped it. I keep calling and calling but there’s no answer and it says their voicemail is full. They won’t answer emails either. The website says they are open and taking orders but all indications are that they closed. They’re still taking money though 😡😡😡
