Great service fair pricing
The customer service is always pretty bad whenever I come here. They act like it’s such an inconvenience if you want anything other than a 20 minute manicure. They’re really impatient when you choose a color or if you want a design. Some of them always have a chip on their shoulder… idk do with this what you will.
Poor service. First the receptionist which is the guy had attitude like we can’t do walk in. Then the ladies who did pedicure did not dry our polished nails with the light after they were done. They didn’t use cuticle well on our toes. You could still see the ingrown dirt. Bad service in total. We ain’t coming back .
Terrible Customer service! I went to this establishment to get a pedicure. The sign said they take walk-ins however, when I walked in, I did not get greeted and one of the employees in a very rude tone said "we're not taking any more clients for the day". There were not many people there and I offered to wait, the guy replied. "No, not today" with a rude tone again. I understand that a client can be denied service but to be rude is not acceptable. I did leave and go to Ambience nail salon the service was great!
Every time I come here, all I want to do is GATEKEEP them. Their prices are unbeatable, skills are impeccable and service is 10/10. I’ve recently been on a natural nail journey and discovered sns- don’t know it could get this fun! Lisa did an amazing job on my nails!! Absolutely recommend this place for great service for an amazing price!
