I cannot recommend Pro SNS Nails enough!!! Lisa, Qua, Cam, Ashley, and the entire team is amazing. I’ve been coming here since high school and am now a monthly regular. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and consistently provides excellent service. The quality is unmatched. My nails never chip, never break, and always look beautiful for weeks! Terrible customer service overall. And even though the technician knew the color I selected was not available, she applied a different color and then offered no apology. Technician was unprofessional and rude. I asked for my cuticles to be pushed back twice and she ignored my requests. The desk where my dip took place was dirty, and utensils were not sterilized. I will not return to this salon and recommend that others also stay away. In addition, the owner/manager was surly and condescending.
