My wife and I were really happy with Prosand Flooring. We had Carl, the owner, out to our home and discussed the project for having new hardwood floors installed. They were the best price, came highly recommended, and the team did an excellent job! Our home looks beautiful with the hardwood flooring and we have no more allergies from our old carpet.
We found Prosand on Google and we immediately had an appointment for a consultation. Carl met with us and we decided to refinish our wood floors. The before and after is simply amazing! Our floors look brand new and beautiful. We definitely recommend Prosand flooring.

Worst job and customer service I have ever had. Carl talks a great game but has no employees. He just subs out his floor refinishing to whoever. So you are at the luck of the draw. Apparently Carl does not take the time to screen the subs abilities, or not. I happen to get the or not job when they refinished our cherry wood floors in the dining and kitchen. I would never let them back on my property. I will pay and have those floors redone correctly. STAY AWAY.

Carl can seem brusk -- he's a very busy man -- but he was completely true to his word. And the job his men did in refinishing our floors far surpassed my hopes, let alone my expectations. We love the results, as do all our friends and family. Thank you for doing such an exceptional job -- we would recommend your company to anyone wanting to make old flooring look absolutely brand new.
I hired Pro Sand to Install hardwood flooring in my dining room and interlace it with the flooring in my foyer and my kitchen. Then they were to sand all the hardwood and stain it with a new color. It was recommended that we leave our home while they worked on our flooring project. I was so disappointed with the finished product. They did not wipe up the excess stain, uneven sanding, they didn't clean the floors prior to staining and applying the sealant. Love it! Carl took the time to understand the look I had in mind and helped me with the samples from his showroom. The work was done on time as scheduled. Neat and clean and professional. We highly recommend ProSand!
Carl Padron is very professional. He came in and give a quote for hardwood flooring and gave a competitive price. Showroom is in Broad Ripple and they have a lot of choices. Installation is very quick, less than 2 days for 1000sq ft. Hardwood is very beautiful and installation is perfect. Very happy with the result. Will not hesitate to use them for my next hardwood installation.
