Jamie was great to work with, and was very professional. He explained everything in a way I could understand and did not pressure me at any point. He was always quick to answer my texts and calls. The workmanship of the crew that did the work was excellent and they cleaned up very well. The roof looks great and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call Jamie again if I ever need my roof replaced again.
Amazing customer service and great working with Jaime! Builder didn't close of roof correctly and a bird got into the attic. Also for fixing gutter. Thanks for quickly fixing it and responding so quickly! Highly recommend!
The guys that worked on my roof were great!! From the guy that came to do the initial inspection to the guys that did the actual work...they were awesome!! Thanks to Jamie, who was super professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and just quick to get things done.
Working at Pro Roofing America was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve had. From day one, the leadership made bold promises about income potential, claiming new hires would be making six figures with ease. In reality, this was nothing more than a bait-and-switch tactic to lure people in. All employees were misclassified as 1099 contractors, regardless of the nature of the work or the level of control the company maintained over our schedules. Jake was truly amazing to work with! He is professional and prompt! He was able to come out to my home quickly to get an estimate written and got his crew -Mike & Brian here the next day to fix some holes in my siding by a woodpecker. You guys are true life savers!!! Thank you!!!!
