I rented with Prop Property management for several years. I strongly advise against renting entering into a lease agreement with them. The other negative reviews posted echo my own experience. The apartment was not cleaned properly nor painted pior to my lease start date. The management did not respond to maintenance request in a timely manner, and when they did, they sent subpar employees to make repairs, resulting in multiple visits to resolve every issue. I understand your frustration because you had a unique moth issue and your heat was converted from oil to gas which caused an inconvenience and required multiple visits. First off, I wouldn't even rate this company a 1 or even say anything positive about them to anyone I know. I am completely disgusted. It is a nightmare and they are a rip off, not really there for their tenants. I was desperate to rent a place in 2015. October 2016, I saw the ad online, did a showing and expressed my concerns to the guy who did my showing, Nelson. We tried our best to accommodate your busy schedule by even scheduling after hour appointments. You were charged for a service call because a vendor went out to your scheduled appointment and you did not notify us you were called into work last minute. I rented an apartment through Pro Property, and I'm not happy with them at all. The apartment was never cleaned and needed several repairs that were not even completed upon renting the apartment. The repairs were addressed back in May when we moved in, and it's now mid-October, and they still are not repaired. We also had a problem with a closet sliding door that was broken. This tenant is consistently late on his rent and was recently issued a Notice to Quit. We have went above and beyond by giving him time to get back on track with his rent. His partner was in my office on the 13th and did not mention anything wrong with the house or apartment. He actually mentioned how it was nice that we were working on making the porches look nice.
