THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. MY KITCHEN SINK HAS BEEN CLOGGED SINCE THE DAY I MOVED IN AND NO ONE WANTS TO FIX IT. THEY KEEP SAYING THEY ARE BUT TO NO AVAIL. THEY ALSO CONTINUED TAKING EXRA RENT MONIES OUT OF MY ACCUNT THUS I HAD TO CLOSE SAID ACCOUNT. STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING ON MY MISSING MONIES AS OF THIS DATE. THISS HAPPENED IN MARCH AND APRIL. I WILL BE DEDUCTING IT FROM MAY'S RENT.

I did confirm a Rooter company went out when you first moved in to address your clog issues. They reported to us that they unclogged your tub, repaired your kitchen sink and confirmed everything was working properly. On 5/31/2021 I scheduled an appointment to tour a property that Pro Property Mgmt is renting in ******** ***I received an email confirmation and arrived at the property on time. To my surprise three other parties were there to view the same property and were also waiting at the door to enter. Needless to say after waiting for 15 minutes, calling their office and getting no response I left more than a little aggravated. I ended up choosing to sell my home instead of rent it with Pro Property (personal reasons for the choice) but it is so hard to find HONEST and GENUINE people and that is exactly what Tony R***** of Pro Property was. If I did end up renting it out, Pro Property would have hands down been the company I chose based on my interaction with Tony: quick to respond, willing to meet, honest advice and excellent at following up.

It's been over 2 years since I moved out of the apartment they managed, and now I receive a letter stating I owe them over $1,800.00 due to unpaid charges. We never received any letter stating that charges were not paid. We paid our rent every month, including pet charges. If they weren't paid, we would've been notified by the company. I asked for any supporting documentation against these claims, and they have not provided any evidence that we did not pay our month... read more
