Very prompt service. Only slight problem, told one price and upon delivery told another slightly higher price. No invoice to back it up at time of payment.
They were honest, on time, very professional, and got the work done.
Quick to respond but due to problems with their technology there was a delay in getting a written estimate. Once I got the estimate, they again were quick to respond and install the pool heater.
Pro Pool Repair is the best company I have ever used after using other companies. Very courteous, efficient and honest. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any pool problems in the future.
Pro Pool Repair repaired my pool heater which required a few trial and error situations that were eventually solved. The price was reasonable and the work completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them.

Miscommunication on arrival time of appointment and showed up much later than advised. When they arrived, they didn't have all the necessary parts to make connections.
Pro pool repair installed the part for my heater that I sent for online. they installed the part for $75 and my heater is back in service. their prices seem to be reasonable.
This is a very accommodating company. They made the process clear and simple and were easy to negotiate a deal. The quality of work was very good.
