On time and professional
VERY DISHONEST, doesn't return calls after accepting job, BECAUSE he marks up the parts 50%!! He gave me a parts price, I said OK, He ordered the parts, and somehow, I got an E mail receipt , and the parts prices from the receipt to his quote were marked up 50% ! I guess he then got pissed off at the Spa parts supply, and cancelled the order. Use Pinch~A~Penny , trust me.
Needed Pool Heater swap to enjoy the end of year break. Heater replaced on 24 hours at same price of others and with same manufacturer and labor warranty. 100% happy with the quality of job and the customer service. We are hiring them again for poll light fixture, remote control and salt cell system.

Resurfaced and installed new waterline tiles. Replaced 2 skimmers and repaired a leak 2 other companies failed to find. George answered my many texts and calls promptly and finished our pool on time even with the Hurricane. His estimate was detailed and reasonable and there were no new charges on the final bill. Resurfaced pool with new tiles. Bruce came to my house showed me my options, answered all my questions. Very professional and friendly. They completed my pool in 2 days. Pool looks great. When you call the office, you will get a quick response.

Bruce and his team are very professionals, found the leaks for the pool, repaired them, resurfaced pool and did new pavers on the lanai. I would highly recommend this company for any pool projects. Trust worthy and always take your calls and fix any issues that I had. Very satisfied with their performance and the end result.
Bruce Someville and his Pro Pool team are incredible! They found a leak in our pool that other companies failed to find in the last 2- years. If you need professional pool repair or improvement Pro Pools is the best!
