As a Realtor I know the importance of finding a good, reliable, honest and skilled contractor. When we personally put a home under contract, the first thing I did was have Nate go inspect the roof. It did end up needing replaced. Pro Plus not doing a new roof would have been the only deal breaker for me. I wanted a quality roof that I wouldn't have to give another thought to. I can't recommend Pro Plus enough!
So...this has been a ride...3 months ago I got a quote and their "system" was supposed to put me on the schedule, and it dident. So after waiting a month, I called them and talked to someone who said they would get me in that Wednesday and I waited yet another month, then just past week I called them and they said they would guarantee to be here on Monday.....its now Wednesday and nobody has shown up, I called them today to confirm it was monday, and it was, so I told then to cancel because I gave then 3 chances.
