Technician fixed a leak in the cheap piping that haunts my entire neighborhood. Great service, knowledgable technician, quick and neat, and most importantly - I did not feel like I was being robbed. Technician was professional, kind, easy going, and discussed options without the hard sell. I will definitely call him again for future projects AND gave his card to my neighbors who will surely need his services at some point.

The service provider came promptly, thoroughly accessed our problem, made the necessary repairs and left our bathrooms as neat as he found them. However, the cause of the problem was at the town's drain on the edge of our property and the town utility service will have to deal with that part of it.
Plumber called back quickly, Gave detailed estimate over the phone. I added some other work after he arrived, which was no problem. Of course this raised the final amount-which was reasonable
Jim was great - knowledgable and had good communication skills. He replaced our garbage disposal and gave us assistance w/ our showerhead and kitchen faucet. Also hooked up our waterline to the fridge for icemaker/water dispenser. Would definitely ask for his help again.
