No service provided, no refunding $4,750 paid with my credit card. Terms says that credit cards payments will not be refunded after work commence. There was no work commenced,no visit, no nothing.
Alex and his team did a great job. They know their business well. Chris , none stop working and solving any problem that came up and there were a few. I highly recommend This company for sure !!
Stay away!! Scheduled an appointment, paid to have toilet removed prior to appointment. Plumber confirmed appointment day prior then NEVER SHOWED UP. We called him an hour after scheduled appointment time and he told us he was running late and would be here later. Again, did not show and didn't bother to call. Wasted an entire day waiting for them to show. Not a great way to treat paying customers.
