I HAD AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE USING PRO-PACK Pro pack sold me a shrink wrap machine with the promise that I would have 1 year full warranty and that the machine was in perfect working condition. We have had the machine for less than 3 months, and it has broken down 2 - 3 times a month since we've owned it.
