My transmission My transmission disintegrated and I didn't know where to take it. The tow truck driver recommended Pro Pacific as that was the place he used, Wow! I received wonderful service there. They were fast, efficient, fair and even helped me with the rental car and payment options. It was like going home and having your big brothers help you out of a bad situation! Took our Jeep "Took our Jeep in for Power-train & Evap codes, Diag & Fixed step by step (code kept coming back) until it was fixed, SUPER inexpensive, Courteous, & Informative. DIDN'T just say it all needs done, took the time to find out what Actually needed done, and did it at a SUPER reasonable Price. Although My 1st experience w/them wasnt golden, I'm glad I kept with them, and would recommend to anybody."
Knowledgeable, trustworthy Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and excellent customer service makes Pro Pacific the only shop in the area where I get my car serviced AND the only shop that I will recommend to anyone searching for a reliable place to service their vehicle. I love that in addition to taking very good care of my vehicle, the staff are warm, friendly, and treat me like I'm a member of the family - the effort they make to call patrons by name does not go unnoticed!! I couldn't be more thrilled to have found them.
Limped into town Limped into town with a burnt valve, and Pro Pacific being open on the weekend was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed within a reasonable amount of time.
mrs. C we have been going here for at least 2 years...Their service has really gone DOWN HILL! the guy that works there name Hugo, I swear he has it out for me, everytime I call, he does not relay messages.. They were suppost to fix and oil leak, 2 months now... $900+ later, many trips to the shop, the car is still leaking. Now they have found more work for them selves, because now something else is wrong...they never took care of the intital problem...sooo dissapointed! Gonna find a new mechanic.
Mr. Have taken care of all my cars (4) for several years. They explain everything and do great work. Have had no problems with their repairs. Prices are reasonable. Javier and Ford are easy to work with and keep you posted as to status of repairs. If you need car repairs, go here first.
