This company was caught selling fraudulent networking equipment. Do not buy anything from this company, as it can’t be trusted.
Where to begin, the website was incorrect on the server configuration. When I contact to get an idea of how we could clear up the issue, they canceled the order. Now they only accept PayPal so any refund must now go through PayPal before I can reorder the correct configuration. All of this confusion was on Pro Network side, from the mis information on their website when ordering to the quick issue of a refund without me asking for one.
