stopped going here for awhile because I found another salon that can keep up with the trends and complex designs, today I went because it's close to my house and I was short on time. To my surprise they remodeled! It looked like a high end salon, I was impressed! Unlike the others who have commented, I have been going to Pro Nails for several years. Once in a while, I will go to another salon with a friend, but I always come back to Pro Nails. I find Lin and her team extremely friendly. They offer professional services for reasonable prices and do a fabulous pedicure.

This place is so unprofessional! The owner Lien changed the color i wanted and even cut my nails after asking not to! Maybe if they stopped speaking their own language back and forth to each other and laughing and actually paid attention to their clients they would do a better job! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went to the nail salon for a pedicure and full set. I don't know the name of the guy who helped me but he's the slender one, anyways he was very rude during the pedicure and kept turning around to watch TV more than he focused on my pedicure. During the full set he cut every finger on my right hand very bad with the little drill thing to the point where I was bleeding!! He laughed when I pointed it out and said "I hurt you, oops!" OK SO I AM 32 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN TO MANY NAIL SALONS IN MY LITTLE LIFE. THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I TRIED IT OUT BECAUSE IT IS CONVENIENT TO MY HOME. I WALK IN ABOUT 2:30PM ON A MONDAY. TWO OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE SLEEPING IN THE PEDICURE CHAIRS. I WAITED 45 SECONDS UNTIL I WAS ACKNOWLEDGE. I TOLD THEM I WAS THERE FOR A PEDICURE AND A REBASE.
