A few months ago me and my husband went I to this place looking for a reliable car. I went in telling them i was pregnant and it was very important to have something I can Drive safely and not worry about. very pushy sales team. not knowledgeable on the cars they are selling. sold me a car with the check engine light not lit up when key turned. Failed smog because of this. the check engine bulb was missing. after it was replaced it would not go off. have put way to much money into this vehicle that was over priced by $2000! bought the car in April 2019. its August and it still not registered. it's in the shop having the PCM computer replaced. and to top it off these dealer KNEW that. Totally screwed us over. left us owing 8 grand on a veicle that broke down less than a week later costing over 5 grand to fix, you have ignored all calls and messages left. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is just sad . you shouldn't own a business . Also, were supposedly family and we get shafted . Absolutely discusted
I thought the days of the crooked used car lots were over but not here at ProMotors. I went in to look at a trailer on the lot and was thoroughly turned off by the old sales games, lies, and manipulations. Couldn't get off the lot fast enough once I realized what a con job I was being given. Once home I checked this FB age and found out that I was not the first victim of this shady company. Glad I followed my intuition and found my perfect trailer through a private party instead.
ONE OF THE WORST PLACES TO EVER BUY A CAR FROM!!!! They DO NOT check these cars before selling them so they sell them as is for high prices so they won't have to take your NON WORKING car back and trade it for a working one. I've had my car for about 6 months and it's been in and out of the shop. We went to speak with the owner of pro motors who let me take it to the shop to be fixed but THEY LIE AND ARE EXTREMELY LAZY.
