Worst Experience – I have got my car inspected at Lia Toyota in Northampton since I've owned it. I called ahead to Lia and there was a 2 hour wait so a co-worked suggested Pro-Lube. It has passed inspection every year since I've owned it. I have done nothing new to the vehicle. I show up at Pro Lube and my gut was turning - I know I should of ran out of there.So I failed the inspection for my windshield visor being 8 inches instead of 6. Love them! – I went to prolube when my clutch seemed to be slipping and the dealer wanted ALOT of money to fix it. They guys at prolube got me in and out in a couple hours and my car has never driven so well. And it only cost me half of what hyundai was quoting. I continue to bring my car there and I am never disappointed with their service. They are always kind and honest and willing to help me out. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
If I could give them less than one star I would! – The past several years my husband has sworn by Pro Lube, until the last two years that is when they have failed me for inspection for the same 800 plus dollar job, claiming my car failed for emissions because the pipe that contains the catalytic converter was broken beyond repair and we need a new one. ProLube's Cheap Shot – I went to have my car inspected at ProLube in Northampton, and waited over an hour to be Rejected. The mechanic, stated I needed the emergency brake and muffle fixed .I had them fixed. When I returned to ProLube, and waited over an hour, they were upset with me for not fixing the emergency brake, (which I had). He rejected me again! My brakes would rub if I tightened them.
