Hopefully for others, you won't no show your appointment. You wasted alot of my time. Disappointing. *UPDATE* I was able to touch base with John, and at least now I have closure. I appreciate the conversation we had and respect that he wanted to clear the air/apologize for how things ended. I wish him well with no ill feelings.
John just repaired our 10 year old garage door opener. He was honest, came when he said he would-within 2 hours of my call, provided great service. Highly recommend and will call him when we need a replacement. Local small business, great to have in the community.
