I'm now in my second year using them and I couldn't be more pleased. The technician in my area is Carlos and he really knows his stuff. I high recommend them if you want a beautiful lawn.

Lousy Service - Lousy Follow-Up Recently moving here from another state, I had this company take a look at my lawn. Agreed to have service done. They did a poor job missing parts of the lawn. When I attempted to call they did not respond for days. They then showed up for their next service without notice, I cancelled at this point - they didn't show the cancellation and again showed up the next month without my permission. Worst Service EVER- BEWARE!!! After replacing all of my grass & starting treatment w/Pro Lawn, they killed a large section during 1st treatment because they gave me an "extra special" treatment. Had to fight to get it replaced, this year they killed large sections, Supervisor "John" said freeze damage, Tech said no, even told us how one of the chemicals they used had killed several yards this year until they quit using it. horrible and rude "customer service" I purchased the more expensive "deluxe" treatment for the added benefit of crabgrass control. Only after having the service for almost a year do I discover that ProLawn's policy is that they do not treat weeds between April and November (whenever the temperature may possibly be above 84 degrees). Even though they did not disclose this policy up front or in their service agreement, you should know that they are the only company in the yellow pages with such a policy--I checked. I purchased the more expensive deluxe program. Only later do I discover that their policy is they do not treat weeds Apr - Nov (whenever the temp may possibly be above 84). Even though they did not disclose this up front, the agreement clearly states they treat crabgrass "throughout the year". On the last service call, the technician only spent 6 minutes treating our yard, and he was gone so fast he didn't leave a sign.
