I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Kaleigh for my kitchen cabinets. I got an estimate in December of 2022 and had to hold off on the kitchen renovation. March of 2024 I decided to proceed with my kitchen renovation and reached back out to Ms. Kaleigh for assistance. There is great customer service when putting in an order. But after the order was placed, it was difficult to determine updated delivery times. The original estimate was around 8 weeks and the order took about 16 weeks. I played a lot of phone tag in the last 8 weeks to get updates. And in the end, the cabinets were delivered the Friday before the Monday which was the date I had been given just a week earlier.
I took the time to send measurements and photos of the space I needed assistance with and never received a reply back. I also called and left a message after not receiving a reply and still nothing; it's been over two weeks now. I would not recommend this company. I found assistance through another local business for my project.
