I was being helped by an associate (A) looking a Kimber pistol, another associate (B) came over avoiding other responsibilities of helping the many other people waiting. Associate (A) says they don’t have the gun in the back, associate (B) says they don’t make the gun in that caliber even though the sign says available in 9mm or .380. We got our pass for 7:30 to see Santa. They started lining us up at 6:50, however, they were still letting the 6:30 people ahead of us. I feel that if people come in and get a time if they can’t get there on time then that is their problem. We ended up waiting for over an hour because of the extra people that were let in. It’s hard enough for kids to stand in line but when other people aren’t having to wait it makes for a long night. We were totally disappointed

Terrible Santa this year, he doesn't even smile in the pictures. He definitely shouldn't be used for Santa pictures. Don't waste your time!

Forget about seeing Santa. They stroke away the Santa they have had for 9 years. Terrible Santa now. Don’t waste your time.
