RecommendedI've actually known Tim for several years from the Kokomo Speedway and Abundant Life Church, but never knew his profession. After a friend and coworker gave me his number, I called him for our home inspection. Glad I did. very professional and extremely thorough. Had a detailed report with photos back the same afternoon. I definitely recommend!
Folks do not use this guy. I paid his brother TONY DOWDEN to put on a roof and he took the money and ran. Tried contacting Dan to get in touch with his thief brother and Dan would not cooperate. Tells you about the lack of family honesty and character.
***** I do not give out five stars very often. Tim is an absolute must have before you purchase a house ? easy to work with would recommend him before you consider investing in a house. he saved us a lot of money time and trouble. I am handicapped and unable to even come close to seeing things that he uncovered that were totally out of sight we would have missed and spent a lot of money fixing many many areas to repair.
Call Tim he does a very thorough job and explains problems that need addressing super friendly you won't go wrong with Tim.
