Joe was very punctual and efficient. He encouraged my attendance and questions during the process. He was very detailed in his findings, both concerns and the strong points of this older house. He took pictures of the attic and crawl space to show me the exact conditions.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional service Joe provided. His report was extremely detailed and through and his knowledge of the entire inspection process is astonishing! Joe was extremely thorough and professional. There were items that were pointed out while I was on site and in the finished report that I would likely have never noticed until it broke. Having this service performed on an existing home was extremely beneficial
Everything went well! Joe is a very knowledgeable person. He inspects every single detail of the house and give you an explanation on how things should work or how to make sure they will last longer. He climbs to the roof, he gets to crawl spaces, never complains and always smiling. He repects the privacy of the house and makes sure he leaves everything as he finds it. I have no complains, he did an excellent job. The professionalism you need for this type of work you will find it in Joe.
Joe did a home inspection for us on February 25, 2015. He did an absolutely outstanding job! He took his time and was so thorough in his inspection. We got a home inspection on a home we were going to purchase, unfortunately we didn't get the home but very thankful to Joe for doing such a wonderful job with the inspection! My husband stayed for the whole thing, Joe explained things my husband was asking about And he was very knowledgable in all aspects, a very nice guy. We will most definitely choose him to inspect our next future home.
