Brandy Cox, I am assistant manager at the Pro-Cuts in Stillwater and was working last night when the elderly lady came in. Yes we had a little wait but we try to accept walk-ins up until we close. I'm sorry your son misunderstood, the lady was asking for a color (which she brought in) to be applied to her hair. Pro-Cuts does not offer colors as one of our services, I did do a haircut for her, though. My adult son went in this location while working out of town. There was a wait and he was totally fine with it. What he wasn’t fine with was how the two hairdressers treated an elderly lady that came in needing her hair done. Both hairdressers told her they didn’t have time to do her hair she’d have to come back tomorrow. She explained she didn’t have a ride tomorrow, but they both told her they were leaving soon! Sorry about the other bad reviews but being from las vegas this is quality and price worthy establishment and i will be coming here again keep up the great work ladies 5 stars
