How about a make over at the Rock Island location? Your equipment is terrible. Falling apart. Half of your equipment doesn't even work. Your dryers are out dated, don't work, and rub on my mirrors everytime. How about the staff? Most of them do not seem to care about the job they are supposed to be doing. Rude and their service was poor. Spend my money elsewhere. Incomplete work, show them where they missed and they lazy about redoing it.
Worst $32 I ever spent. My car becomes cleaner after a rain shower.
There was a young man working that was constantly picking his nose and then sticking it in his mouth. He was wearing a mask and kept pulling it down to do the picking over and over. He was the one who pulled my car out of the wash and into to drying area. I sanitized my steering wheel immediately as soon as my van was done. Someone PLEASE stop this young, thin, curly haired boy from picking his nose while working.
I got the $55 detail and they did a great job. Inside and outside. The new car air freshener smells clean. Katrina was nice to work with. Great job!
This was the first time taking my car there and will be the last. They did a horrible job. After the car was run through the car wash, one of the detailers sat in my driver's seat and wiped down only the parts he could reach from a sitting position. Door panels weren't clean, corners of the dash and consoles were not touched and they didn't bother to clean the back inside window. The front windshield was not done well either. I had been on a trip and had bugs on the front of my car. Used a product at home and got quite a bit off, but wanted to finish up with a good service. Paid for their top full service package, over $30, and it still had bugs on the windshield and car. I mentioned it to the gentleman finishing wiping down and he did try to get a few off, but I drove away looking at bugs on the windshield after prewashing it myself and paying for their highest wash. And more were still on the car. Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone.
