This is the second home inspection I have done with ProChek and with Tom Baldwin as the inspector. Both inspections have been incredibly thorough and thoughtful. The reports are extremely detailed and include many photographs of the different critical elements that were evaluated. Tom's comprehensive inspection of the first home I was trying to buy revealed TONS of home-buying nightmares and saved me from what would have been a disaster.
