Our buyer used this company for our home inspection last week. When we came home after the inspection, we found a few things wrong. The inspector had knocked over plants on our window sill and left them broken and a mess of dirt all over the sill and kitchen counter. OR that if your claims are true, that you did not bother to contact our office and speak to us directly about it. I know the relationship between a buyer’s hired home inspector, and the seller of a home can be a tough one. had a home inspection with them last year. they failed to check old tiles in our basement that turned out to have asbestos in them. now they refuse to pay for the asbestos removal. this was clearly their mistake and they refuse to own up to it.

Fast, professional and accurate inspections. We have used pro check twice and have had excellent service both times that has far exceeded our past inspections with other companies. Jason was especially kind to answer my many question and really explain issue not just list them in the report.
Update 8/19/16 After many times trying to contact PC they finally answered my email. The owner Mike told me that it's a very busy season and he himself was out on the field working and lost track of what we spoke about and he wasn't ignoring or trying to get over on a reimbursement. So he said he will be sending me a check for having to pay money out my pocket for the delay the lab cost me and for me not being happy with the service.
