I love Pro Caliber they are always happy and ready to help me and they do have the best selection of bikes and gear in the area. Ask for Matt Reynolds he is their Web Manager and my favorite person to deal with. Almost everyone in my family has bought a bike from Matt and it has anyways been great.

There was definitely no ill intent on the Sales Person's part or that of the Sales Manager as that is not how we operate. It sounds like we have two very different views of what transpired and as in our original reply we do regret couldn't put the numbers together you needed to make the deal and that you feel this way.
