Just bought much needed supplies for my fiance and I's race this coming weekend (Desert 100). It was my first motorbike "grociery" shopping experience and the gal who helped me was on point! Knew everything I needed, helped me find it and even shared her passion for racing! Greatest shopping experience ever! Quick, easy, and fun!

I recently had a 1000 mile service done on my ninja and had the pleasure of speaking with Alex in the service department. due to it being my first service on the bike Alex cut me a great deal and was extremely helpful. if you need service work done on any of your vehicles and he is working, go to him, he is kick ass!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DROVE 50 MILES TO GO THERE. NEVER EVEN GOT A HELLO FROM AN EMPLOYEE. I WATCHED TIME AND TIME AGAIN THEM HELP OTHER CUSTOMERS BUT NEVER ME. I WAS IN THERE FOR AN HOUR BEFORE I FINALLY LEFT. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WOULD LET ME. I HOPE PRO CALIBER ACTUALLY READS THIS!!!

Bought a new razor 1000 4 seater and an extended warranty, BIG SCAM, had a faulty rear coil and it bent rear arms with only 10 min of riding, wouldn't cover it under warranty or the extended warranty and then they fix it on there own and wana charge me for it and charge me sales tax on top when am an Oregon resident and could've very easily went to Sk north west and didn't pay any taxes, there warranties are a BIG SCAM, buyer be aware
Wouldn't waste my time with these guys!! Worst customer service I've ever had!! Bunch of jokers!!
