Took my bike in for new tires. Dropped my bike off at 11am and got a call to pick it up at 12pm same day took them an hour. But after looking at my bill they charged me for 2 hours. Check your bill.

Hi Ariel, you were charged correctly. We charge a flat rate of $75 for each end plus tire tax, sales tax and tire disposal. The two hours is what we paid our tech for in time and does not affect what we charge customers. Some tire changes take longer and some less so to keep things straightforward we do charge the same on every tire mount to the customer no matter the actual time.

I've ordered 2 things from them, both were wrong parts. The employees I have dealt with are not knowledgeable, and make it a pain in the a as to deal with them.

Awesome deal on an Africa Twin! Shopped at every dealer within 100miles and Pro Caliber significantly beat them all. Craig was great to deal with as were everyone else. Bought the bike over a long lunch, in and out in great time. Love the bike!!!
