0 stars. Took my 2018 X3 in for a warranty repair, broken timing chain. They just pulled the valve cover then It sat around for 30+days. I was told that it would have the engine out and tore down this Wednesday to get pictures sent to can am to get the engine on it’s way. My wife called Thursday and they said it was tore apart. She asked for pictures but he couldn’t send them. She drove a hour to go see it just sitting outside and nothing done to it. We told them don’t touch it we are taking it to a good dealer. Here is the complete follow up to this review and resolution for the record. On 4/16 the Pro Caliber Title Clerk sent all the licensing paperwork to the Oregon DMV to have Mr. Parr's licensing paperwork completed. The Oregon DMV Blue Slipped the paperwork rejecting it because there was no VIN Inspection paperwork filed with it. Finally on 6-20 the VIN inspection was delivered to Pro Caliber by the customer that was needed before we could send the application back in.
