A few weeks ago, my car wouldn’t turn over so my husband dropped it off to get looked at. The new battery in it turned out to be faulty, so they contacted O’Reilly’s to get a new one. I didn’t even need to go to either place, which was a relief since I work 10 hour days. It was all figured out within a couple phone calls. I was able to pay over the phone and pick up after work. Thank you!
