I highly recommend Pro Attic Restoration. David and his crew did an excellent job. At first, we noticed a broken crawl space grate outside the house. The crew fixed the grate and cleaned up the droppings in the crawl space. They also sealed up any small spaces that rodents could get in from the outside. The one thing I really appreciate was that they looked at the spot that had caused so much damage that we were unaware of. There was rodent activity up through the dryer vent from outside the house. David and his team did excellent job installing attic fan. I liked his work so they also replaced, installed new exhaust fans in my home. Very good in communication, provide information, reasonable priced, hardworking team and clean. You will never know there was work done. I trust him and have referred him to my friends and neighbors. Very difficult to find hardworking and honest professionals.

Had a great experience with Pro Attic Restoration. David came out first for the inspection and estimate—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Raymond and his team handled the actual work and did an awesome job. Raymond and the team arrived on time, and immediately started putting down protections on our floors, closets, and furniture to keep everything clean and dust-free, which we really appreciated. Excellent work. Pro Attic installed a whole house fan, did some roof repair, and rodent sealed the house at the ground level. Everything looks amazing, I am extremely happy with the job and will use these guys again if I need something else!

I highly recommend Pro Attic! I bought a home with no insulation or AC, so I hired them to add insulation to my attic and install an AC unit. They were very professional, quick working, and respectful of my home. They protected my carpet and cleaned up their work areas. Their quote was competitive to five others and they finished all the work in 7 hours. I was very impressed by their work quality and professionalism! I will definitely be back if I need any other work done.
