RecommendedThis is the second time I've had Pro Air come out to my home and both times were fantastic experiences. First time was to troubleshoot heat that wasn't shutting off. I contacted them and the owner personally came out that same afternoon and within a few minutes determined it was a faulty thermostat. When my AC stopped working I called Pro Air and customer service was the best I have ever experienced. Connie was very sweet and helpful and promised to get a technician out quickly. The problem was corrected in a timely manner and I will surely recommend ProAir to all my friends and neighbors.
Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. The little things matter to them, and my experience with them in every instance has been that they are there for what you need and not just to sell you something. They were also very quick in the response times. Very good company, and I hope they continue to operate this way.

She was extremely friendly and eager to accommodate us the best that she could when our air went out late the 4th of July. Brandon was extremely professional and courteous. He arrived on time with very short notice and quickly discovered the problem and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!
From estimate to installation: great people, great service, and great pricing. We had a repair done on our unit and when an additional issue arose the next week they had someone out quickly to fix it. They truly went above and beyond to get our system working. You don't get that kind of quality service and professionalism at most places. We highly recommend them!
Had Pro Air install a new system from the ground up, all new duct work, lines and equipment on a house I was renovating. They came to the house, drew out what needed to be done and gave me a price all in one trip. When I was ready for them, I called them and in 2 days they began work. ProAir came to our rescue after a ground lightning hit took out our AC this month. We called them and they literally came out within the hour. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful, and their price was outstanding. We highly recommend them.
