Overall experience was great. The technician came in I want to know what was going on he gave me his opinion went and checked it out. Told me he needed one part, Left to go get it, came back it was finished installing within 45 minutes.

Talked with us about our options when we had an HVAC unit start acting up. Ended up replacing the unit instead of repairing it. Recommended and will use again for any heating/cooling issues!

I have used them three times for problems associated with an A/C unit we are trying to baby through the summer. They are always professional, and the woman on the phone is so helpful and kind. She has worked us an appointment in every time we call. Finally, the owner has helped us with pricing since both of us were effected by the pandemic. Will go to them first.

Thank you Pro Air for sending Dylan to repair our AC unit. He immediately identified the problem and quickly repaired it. He was on-time, friendly, and had a vert professional demeanor.
They even came a day early. Very friendly and my new unit is awesome. They beat every estimate we asked for and some by a couple of thousand dollars! As soon as thermostat was put in it started cooling and within an half hour it went from 75 to 70. Thank you so much for the great service!
I would love to give the biggest THANK YOU 🙇 and heartfelt prayer for God to continue to bless your company, family, and employees beyond realization. My a/c unit stopped working on Saturday (the hottest day of the year so far) and I called the company who put the unit in less than two years ago who told me I had no warranty.
