These guys have no idea what their doing. Technician doesnt even own an extension ladder lol. He told me the company doesnt have one close either. I mentioned Home Depot lol. They keep coming out and ordering more parts and each time telling me they know what the problem is, buying new parts, tearing apart both of my units and now just made one of them worse, while still not finding a solution for both units. The technician had to borrow my, i repeat borrow my multimeter to check voltage 😆

I get the feeling they do not want my business. Contacted them last year and the young lady said they are booked out for weeks try somewhere else. Fast forward one year later I call again for a service for my properties , young lady says she will call me back for a date and nothing. Shame I used to have them come out all the time. Guess I got to look elsewhere. Their loss.
