This place is a SCAM, their home was rat and mold infested! Not to mention the entire house is ROTTEN! The house is not properly insulated, one room has zero insulation at all, carpet in the back room is full of complete mold, one room I replaced with new carpet because the mold was so bad. Now that I am moved out I received a letter in the mail saying I owe 1868.00 minus the deposit and now I owe 1168.27. I have pictures and video of entire property and how clean I left it
My niece inquired on a home that is being advertised as available for renting soon. She called in and was told the home is currently occupied and when it does become available, they have several people already waiting to see the home. Okay, understandable. Writing for my daughter that rented 12133 Harmony Cir, 39503. Noticed mostly property owners have given good reviews. Owners possibly feel great because of perhaps not being informed how tenants are treated. My daughter hand delivered an intent to vacate letter more than 30 days prior to her move which included an additional phone # so an exit walk thru could be scheduled. No one scheduled the walk they but certainly sent a letter after her move with bogus inadequacies. I just wonder where that $1000 kept deposit really went... read more
The don't deserve not even 1 star!!!! They're definitely getting over on people! I wish I had time to type everything I know about them! Just run like hell away from these people! Don't do any type of business with them!
lousy ~ run down dirty location at Long Beach MS~ broken couch held together with pool noodle torn blankets dirty and then they had the nerve to charge us an additional $100 for dirty towels~ what a joke~ would NEVER stay there~ they do not respond quickly at all
If you are an owner looking for property management, please read. I wish I could give something lower than 1 star. The staff appears to be courteous, but that is the only positive. The quality of their financial record keeping to track expenses has added grey hair to my beard. The rent distribution to the owner is given on the 15th of the month, along with the statement of activity..... from the prior month. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO RENT FROM!!!!!!!
Terrible company to deal with.. Rented from them in 2012 and they have judgments against us on rent that was paid! The house looked better than when we moved in when we left after our lease was up.. So we were owed a deposit back. Wanted to apply that to last month of rent and they said we were not allowed to do that and forfeited our deposit.. Now we are trying to buy a house and they will not release the judgments.. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.. THEY ARE RUDE, DISHONEST, and willl cause nothing but anguish!
